When you book a call with Inverno LLC ("Inverno," "we," "us") through our scheduling tool, you may provide a mobile phone number so that we (or our scheduling provider, Calendly) can send you transactional text messages related to that specific appointment — such as confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.
By providing your mobile phone number when booking a call, you consent to receive text messages from Inverno LLC related to that appointment. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any service — it is solely tied to the scheduling of a call.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity — typically 1–3 messages per booked call (confirmation and reminder(s)). We do not send recurring or unsolicited messages outside of appointments you've booked.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Inverno LLC is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to these messages.
You may opt out of receiving appointment text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive, or by contacting us at lthibodeaux@inverno.to. After opting out, you may still receive a one-time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. Opting out of SMS reminders does not cancel your booked call — please contact us directly or use your scheduling confirmation to reschedule or cancel.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone numbers collected for appointment reminders are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
